Central Carolina "ARCT"
is more than
just an emergency communications team, we are also part of the community. If you
have, or know of a public event such as bike races, fun runs, carnivals, street
fairs, or any other event that could utilize our communications skills, please contact us to
find out how to get us to your event. We also love to take the opportunity to
take our hobby "on the road", whether we are demonstrating
"HAM" radio to a school class, or helping our neighbors and community.
We also offer classes to help those
interested in earning their amateur radio license. Check the "upcoming
events" window on any of our pages to see when the next class will be
offered.
